An Employment Agreement is a contractual agreement between an employer and employee that sets out the terms of the employment. The Employment Agreement cannot provide for less than the legal minimum standard that is set out in the National Employment Standards (NES) or any applicable Modern Award. This Employment Agreement covers many different issues including salary, entitlements, probation periods, confidentiality, termination, superannuation and leave etc. It is suitable for full-time and part-time roles, but should not be used for casual roles.
